Getting There

Most visitors approach from the village of Campo de Caso, reachable by bus from Oviedo or by car via the AS-117. A signed track leaves the village and climbs steadily through beech forest before opening onto open pasture; the final approach to the summit follows a clear ridge path marked with cairns.

• Standard route: 8 km round-trip, 650 m elevation gain, moderate difficulty.
